I just wanted to write and thank you very much for all the help and advise that you have given us to successfully get new tenants for our property. As a relative new landlord the expertise and friendly approach lifted a great weight of stress and worry from my shoulders. The service that you have provided, from start to finish, has been very prompt and professional. It has really made the whole experience so much easier than we were expecting. We have met the tenants and they seem really nice. Lets hope they really enjoy the house and the area and stay for a long time.
